The Worst Staff You Could Meet in an Optomtery I would say, the doctor and some staff in this optometry are professional and polite; however, the staff I met was very rude and did hard selling. Once she knew you were not looking for luxurious frames, she became rude and impatient, as if you are wasting her time.

Don't go to this place, they are very slow and do not responsible, if you get your glasses and leave, you won't have a chance to ask for a fix if your glasses has any issue even the damage is their fault. I really think we customer should pay more attention and make use of the reviews from public website like Google Map or Yelp. We may not want to spend time to write many good words for a good service but customers will be very likely to write more about the bad experience they have, at least for me, I will definitely use yelp or other trustful public organizations review system to decide whether to go to some places.

PUT IT SIMPLE: DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! The attitude is rude, service is unprofessional, slow and unresponsive. They will keep delay your order, or even break you glass with unprofessional handling.
