Dr Kim really knows her science and is great at educating her patients. She has a way about herself that where she can be the smartest person in town but will never throw that weight around and make you feel that way. She and her staff provide a world-class white glove experience!

Do NOT go here. They are rude and unethical. My vision insurance was charged but I was not given a new rx for contacts. I was sent home with “sample” contacts and could not see at all. When I called to ask for a sample or rx for my old contacts, I was told no that I had to come back in for an eye exam and dilation. So my vision insurance was charged for an eye exam but the office would not provide rx or sample contacts. i would not recommend this eye doctor or office staff.

Have been coming to Custom Eyes for several years. Dr. Kim and her staff always display deep caring about patients, professionalism and friendly interactions. They work well with insurance plans and work to provide high quality care and value to their patients
