I came in as a walk-in and was fortunate to be seen immediately. Everyone made me feel welcome. I really appreciate the doctor (Linda) for taking the extra time to investigate an issue with my retina. Highly recommended for ease of use, friendly service, and thorough treatment.

I had a terrible experience at this place. The doctor was extremely rude and condescending during my visit. Instead of helping me understand what was going on with my vision, she talked down to me like I was clueless—even though I came in as a paying patient, not asking for a favor. It felt like she was more focused on making me feel dumb than actually doing her job. I expected professionalism and respect, especially from someone who went to school for this. Unfortunately, I got neither. I won’t be coming back. like i said. she was more focused on making me sound and look stupid thank actually doing what she’s there for! on top of the way she acted towards me she left the room to get something from the front desk and left the door open so i saw her and the front desk lady and i saw the doctor moving her arms and her head like talking about me and the front desk lady gave me a look which confirmed that the so called doctor was talking about me. definitely don’t recommend this place if you are a first time patient.

Highly recommend custom eyes vision center. I have been coming here for years and the Doctor and the workers are always more then happy to help and even better they even provide excellent spanish services! Belive me you won't regret your first visit!!

I've been a patient here for many years and I love this place 💛 and the workers!!! I started bringing my daughter then the rest of family. And they love Dr. Reynolds she has been nothing but amazing!!!!! She takes very good care of her customers!!!! …

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. Joanna sits behind the desk with a attitude, granted I was 10 minutes late for my appointment with my kids. I overheard her and another employee talking about me while I was filling out my paperwork. I don't play that so I got up told my kids let's go and left. She asked if I was done filling out the paperwork I ripped it in front of them and told them I would be going else where. Don't let these people play in your face
