Instead of the rant I was going to make, I'll just summarize. The tall guy in sales is rude. Maybe just to me, but he was rude in person and on the phone. My fat head can't really fit most of their very expensive stock, so I wanted my scripts to get some that won't press into my temples. A clerical error on their end prevents me from doing so. I informed them and asked for a working script, the lady I talked to this time was very nice. Sadly, I still can't get new glasses because the very specific clerical error that I informed them about was still in the document. According to my close friend in the industry, custom eyes is hot garbage. Wish I knew that before I wasted my time and money. Btw, I did buy glasses from them, only because my glasses were falling apart. I regret it still.

I am looking for a good eye doctor I pass this office on a regular basis because I live close by so I pulled up the reviews and two reviews stuck out to me. A woman took her 11 year old and wrote a lengthy review gave it a 3* review but got no response from the doctor office about her experience. While another woman gave a negative review of 1* and and got a response about her experience basically begging her to come back. Just that snippet is enough for me to not go here even with their 4.6* rating.

I am so glad I chose Brill Eye Center for my first eye exam. Dr. Dakin made me feel completely comfortable in this new experience. He was knowledgeable & very friendly! The Optician, Walter, was awesome! He talked me through choosing my first pair of glasses and did not rush me through my decision. I highly recommend Walter and Dr. Dakin at Brill Eye Center!
