Plan to be there for awhile. Bring a lunch. Or a book or make sure you have a fully charged phone. If you have a companion with you, let them know not to make plans for at least 3 hours after the time of the appointment. I'm not exaggerating. If your appointment is at 10, you won't get called back till 11. Then you get a false sense of "oh good, finally my turn" and you get your hopes shot down because they are just taking pictures of your eyes and then having you return to the waiting room. Where you find that your seat has been taken and the waiting room is always full. So much for social distancing. Dr Wilkes is a good Dr but the wait times are outrageous. I'm watching every person leave with a growl on their face and almost running out the door. I do not recommend CVP Centerville. Unless you don't have a life and can waste a whole day here.

I am very unhappy with them they left we were 20 minutes late and we've been sitting in there for an hour and a half after I don't understand why they make somebody wait so long because we weren't on time I just walked outside and they still have not seen my son that is uncalled for I would not recommend this to nobody
