CVP called and booked appointment for 1130 surgery. Waited there to be called in for procedure. Had to approach the front desk to ensure they checked us in their system. Upon getting their attention nurse called us in around 1245. Almost hour after appointment time. Started the dilution process and then it took 3 hours for us get into surgery room yet the appointment was for 1145. Worst service ever. The front desk and scheduler are the worst. I am sure Doctor knows about it and yet nothing done. Stop apologizes and start correcting the process. I am sure if the customer showed up 15 minutes past appointment, their appointment will be rescheduled or will have to pay fees for no show. Fix the problem when you receive feedback.

I must say I was very nervous for my eye surgery first time having any kind of surgery so nervous tht my blood pressure went very high but was surprised at the caring staff & great bedside manner. I didn’t feel any pain during or after. Everything was fast moving but they still showed empathy and concern for me. I barely sat down for a min before I was called. If I ever need surgery again I’ll be sure to return. Don’t hesitate or be afraid, ur in good hands AND they called me after the surgery to check on me. THATs Customer Service. As long as u follow the instructions they give u everything will go well they’re a great team. Ok this is an Update …. I was scheduled for my second eye surgery but was refused because my sugar was high. I was disappointed in myself tht I didn’t kno it was high but appreciated tht they refused me cuz I believe tht shows they care about their Patients. One more reason Why this is the place to go if u need surgery.

I would give CVP Surgery Center 10 stars if I could! My experience at this facility was outstanding. From check in to check out, every step of my cataract surgery was excellent. The staff and doctors are caring and highly skilled. The facility is beautiful. I highly recommend!
