I wait on the phone 20 minutes or more before speaking to a live person. The recording reports the same message over and over. And the staff are incompetent.
I’ve been a customer 29 years and the place has become horrible…
Going to take my business elsewhere- it’s disgraceful.

Staff disconnected, they change all the time. My husband and I were not able to get our vaccination bc they were not entering the info correctly in the computer and were asking us to Pat $200 each when I was speaking to my private insurance and they were telling me the vaccination was covered by then
