Dr Alley, is an outstanding Opthamalic Physician, I love her ♥❤, she FIXED MY EYES 👀, when NO other Dr would touch my eyes for years, as thy complained that I was a diabetic, so I suffered for years. But Dr. Alley assured me should could and would FIX IT, and that she did. I'm truly grateful and appreciative to her. And I recommend her so much to anyone that has issues with there EYES 👀.

I rarely said bad things against others, but I want to share my bad experience and hopefully this will help others in the future. Last month I brought my son to check his vision at Dr Alley's office. My son's eyes were sensitive and the nurse was not patient at all. The prescription was way far off, and my son felt not comfortable with his new glasses. Today we went to see another eye doctor and got a new prescription. In addition, for insurance, the front desk took my vision plan at first, but after the visit, she told me they didn't accept vision plan and asked me to use my medical insurance and the billing code was also not reasonable based on the other professional. //Since the owner said she was unable to locate me in their system, let me to remind here: my son's visit was on July 14, 2022 at 8:20am. and my payment was on Sep 14, 2022. Think about this, spending time and money to see a doctor, then got a wrong prescription, then have to visit another eye doctor after my son kept feeling uncomfortable with his new glasses.

We made an appointment with Dr Alley last summer after we noticed our 4-year had developed an occasional eye turn. When we had an initial appointment, Dr Alley recommended an MRI to rule out serious conditions that may have caused the eyes to turn and then said follow up visits we could explore treatment and possible causes. For the next eight months, Dr Alley simply retested my son and tried no treatment. She incorrectly diagnosed him as having non-accommodative estropia. She blew off testing that I watched where my son could not see 3D. When I pressed her to try a treatment since there is a limited window she said he could try glasses but didn’t think it would do anything. When she dilated his eyes and noticed it made his eye turn she said, “maybe he does have accommodative estropia and maybe glasses will actually help” since his eyes were turning more in response to him trying to see with the drops that blurred his vision. After that, I made an appointment for a second opinion and re-testing. The charts from Dr Alleys office were incorrect and noted that her testing was done with glasses (he never had glasses as a patient and received only a script on our last visit). My son was re-tested and had completely lost his depth perception. He was prescribed bifocals and just yesterday on a re-test, the bifocals helped regain some depth perception. I feel like this was completely avoidable if eight months ago or even at the last appointment Dr Alley would have paid attention to the testing and my history. I reported his eyes turned when focusing up close and when tired. My second opinion said my son was very easy to diagnose as accommodative. For children, time is of the essence in treatment and I feel like lost valuable time. I question whether this oversight is due to patient volume or whether Dr Alley was waiting until my sons vision was bad enough to do the surgery. My son didn’t get the treatment he deserved

Dr. Alley is wonderful! She is kind, experienced, and successfully corrected by double vision! I am so grateful!

We saw Dr Alley last year for my daughter’s first visit. She was running almost 2 hours late due to some schedule changes she had to make . However, when she came into the room she was unapologetic and very rushed . I don’t mind waiting 2 hours but then I don’t want to be rushed ~ thats not good medicine . It would have been nice if her staff had given a heads up as well about the longer than usual wait . I did want to complain after but it turns out the office manager was the doctor herself ~ another red flag.

This office is one of the best around. Dr Alley is a phenomenal doctor with a warm and caring bedside manor. Her office staff is so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

My 3 year old granddaughter’s left eye began turning inward and her mom and I were extremely worried it was possibly a neurological condition. Her pediatrician recommended Dr. Alley to her mom. Due to Covid, my daughter took her there alone to see her. She ordered an MRI and, to my surprise, called us on the way home from that MRI and told us everything is fine neurologically. Unheard of that a Dr. cared that much to ease our minds that she called us that fast. She diagnosed Emily with Stambismus. We opted for surgery as soon as possible and put our faith in Dr. Alley. Emily had the surgery and both eyes were included. As I sit here while Dawn and Emily are in Dr. Alley’s office for her 2nd follow up appointment, I feel blessed that Emily’s surgery was a complete success! She received the best care from this Doctor, I’m absolutely certain that she is, not only an expert in her field, but has that something extra special by making kids and their loved ones feel totally at ease and important!

Dr. Alley and Staff are amazing, patient and extremely knowledgeable! Both of my children see her. It’s a friendly, clean and convenient location. I highly recommend Dr. Alley 🙂 …

Took my 3 year old to Dr. Alley's office for an eye exam. Dr Alley and her staff are wonderful! They were so kind and engaging with my daughter and put her at ease during the exam and eye drops. Office was super clean and child friendly.

I got great treatment there. She is respectful and does her best to take care of her patients.

Best pediatric Ophthamologist ! Dr. Alley cares about her patients!!
