Monday morning blues! Front desk staff was limited. 1 poor lady expected to do everything - unlock doors, get office up and running, answer phones, check in patients, provide glass pick ups, run eye first part of eye exams. Schedule 9am eye exam with Dr. Dr. Did not even show up to facility until 10am and socialize with customers before entering room. Dissatisfied customer already....

Dr Nguyen has been my eye doctor for many years. She is very attentive and personable.

The staff and Dr. are friendly and comforting. They are dedicated to your eye care!!! My daughter's eye were not reading correctly on the machine and the Dr. found her RX the old-fashioned way and fitted my daughter with the correct RX. Their frames are stylish, good prices and on-time delivery. I have been to many eye dr.s, but this is one of my favorites!!!!

A Christmas miracle!!!! I have had 3 pairs over 5 years and haven’t been able to see my phone or I watch unless I have it on the highest font, I had settled that it was old age. I made an appointment and picked up my glasses today and I can see my watch and phone on the regular font!!! Thank you so much Dr. Nguyen!!!!!!

Exceptional service every time!

I walked into this store with a fresh new prescription hoping to buy a new pair of glasses. As soon as I walked into the store the receptionist/front desk lady greeted me with suspicion instead of a smile and welcome. It only got worse from here as she didn’t offer help or asked what I needed, but rather she bombarded me with interrogation questions like “do you have insurance?” and “what’s the name of your provider?” and other meaningless questions rather than focusing on the selling of their product! If you are not welcoming, smiling, or helpful when I walk in, then my insurance info is meaningless because you’ll get no business from me. I say all of this to point out that I’ve never received such poor treatment from a vision store in my life, not even from Walmart! I’d avoid this place until they retrain the front desk staff. After all, the customer is the buyer and they’re the seller, right? Very poor customer service!

Good for glasses only. Misdiagnosed as possible having glaucoma. Follow up with an MD ophthalmologist indicated that was totally baseless. Thanks for the scare.

Dr. Nugyen has been mine and my son’s doctor for over 20 years! She is so caring and spends time with you to figure out what your problem is and that’s what I love the most about her and her staff!
