Dr. Nguyen and staff was lovely! Called in asking if I could do a walk-in exam, was provided with an appointment within the hour the same day. They took my insurance information, verified it in 5 min, and I was taken right back for testing at arrival time. Dr.Nguyen was attentive to my complaints but also knew exactly what I needed that would resolve my complaints without over prescribing my glasses prescription.

Dr Nguyen and her staff make an eye appointment super simple. As a new patient I was able to fill out all the required forms online prior to my visit. Then the day prior a gentle reminder via text of my scheduled appointment. The day of the appointment I arrived on time and didn't have to wait at all. In about 20 minutes I had a complete eye exam, new contacts, and was out the door. The appointment was quick but thorough and Dr. Nguyen solved my need for reading glasses with my contacts. She is professional and very personable. Highly recommended!

So professional and informative. Front desk staff was exceptional. Patient work-up for exam was detailed and comfortable. Dr Nguyen was kind, got my eye exam done without a wait and explained her findings to me offering up suggestions for the best glasses based on my prescription and lifestyle. Fast, clean and very professional. Made sure everyone was mask compliant and checked for temperatures before allowed in for your appointment. They also will make you wait while they disinfect between appointments. Thankyou very much for ensuring our safety and for the quality of care we received.

I have visited this office on two occasions and had a great experience both times. Staff is welcoming and worked with me regarding schedule changes. Dr. Nguyen is great! She is so nice and has a great attitude. You really feel cared for.

Long time patient of Dr. Lara Nguyen Unfortunately she is not with us anymore. I recently went back this month. Had to come in for a second visit even after I mentioned that the prescription he recommended was lower than what I was using. On the second visit they gave me a higher prescription. On both visits, my Dr, the same dr. Spoke super fast, didn't ask if I had any questions and very quickly got up and walked out the room. I felt like I was in a fast food drive-in. I felt he was very unprofessional with his service. I will not be using their service again.

Such a quick, VERY INFORMATIVE environment. Super friendly. Doctor was so helpful and easy to speak with. Also as a self pay customer, it was definitely affordable. :) learned many things about my vision and was offered options on how to help my vision. Definitely recommend this place.!

I would've given a 5 stars rating. However their online appt was giving me errors and had to fill out my forms in the office. I would love to have the convenience of setting up my appointments online. Otherwise the office personnel are friendly and very helpful. Dr. Nguyen is attentive and answered all my questions. She seemed a little rushed which further dropped the 5 star rating.

Great experience! Dr. Nguyen was both polite and caring. The staff was great and the wait was not long at all. Unlike past experiences, I was in and out and didn't sit around for a few hours. Definitely going back when I'm due again for an exam.

Dr. Nguyen was amazing! I wouldn't trust anyone else to be around my pupils! :) She was very knowledgeable and made sure that I felt comfortable every step of the way! The staff are very attentive and friendly and made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. I highly recommend this place for all of your eye care needs!

My spouse and I have both seen Dr. Nguyen in the past and recently. She is very personable and takes time to explain, in detail, her findings, from her examination. She has also taken the time to reach out to me personally, when additional information was requested. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. It's rare to have a pleasant experience at any doctors office. However, my visit to Dr. Lara Nguyen's office was wonderful and surprisingly good-humored. The first thing I noticed was how organized and well-kept they carry the office. The staff was exceptionally kind and knowledgable, and made extra effort to make me feel comfortable explaining the procedures being done during my work up to the eye exam. During and post exam, Dr. Nguyen explained everything comprehensively and made sure I left the office with no questions unanswered. I recently got my eye exam done at Cypresswood Eye Care. I felt comfortable and safe, everything was very clean and I could tell that their office followed COVID protocol and took it seriously. Dr. Lara Nguyen was very professional, saw me in a timely manner, and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend her practice to anyone.

I come here every year for my eye exam and I get the retina photo exam as well that even when is not covered by my insurance I rather do because it helps the doctor tell me if anything else is wrong with my overall health which I think is amazing and super cheap counting all the benefits. The staff is super friendly and professional and the doctor is amazing. This year I did it late because I was honestly very concerned about the Covid-19 and the implications where either I could give it them not knowing or I could contract it the same way but they followed all the CDC and WHO guidelines which made me feel very safe during my visit. This place is amazing. Given the fact we are in a pandemic, they sanitized they office prior to me entering and I felt safe in the office. The staff is very friendly. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained things to me that no other office has in the many years I have been having my eyes checked.
