Absolutely disappointed with this office. I have been waiting here for over an hour. We arrived 20 minutes before my mother‘s appointment at 2 PM, and only now, after I got up to ask why it was taking so long, did they bother to pull my mom‘s file. These people know they’re dealing with elderly folks, yet they just take their time and completely waste it. You guys should be ashamed, not to mention your disorganization.

I scheduled an appointment a week ago and provided all my information, including my insurance details. However, when I arrived, I was informed that they do not accept any vision plans or my health insurance. Additionally, the staff member I interacted with was not the most polite.
