I waited for almost 2 hours. There were no seats left in the waiting room. I was moved to four different examinations rooms and returned to the waiting room three times. If there are emergencies, it would be helpful to notify patients and let non -urgent patients reschedule. The Dr. Visit was fine.

Dr. Cotter is very personal and throughout his time with you, never rushes you and gives knowledged answers. He cares about his patients. The office is very courteous and friendly.

The new office is beautiful. We were seen right on time. Dr. Cotter was pleasant and thorough.
