Dr. Richardson is truly a great doctor and human being. She has always gone above and beyond for me. I have Glaucoma and she really cares about treating it. She not only prescribed me medication that works but suggest other holistic approaches such as dietary tips and exercise regimens. Per her recommendations and prescribed medicine my eye pressure has gone down and now stable. All around I love this place and feel taken care of.

Dr Richardson is amazing! Super nice and has even sat down to ring me up. However the process of assisting customers on the phone needs to be improved greatly. I'm not sure I've called and waited less than 5 minutes. Most of the time I hang up (6 minutes must be my limit!). Please improve this process! I've been a loyal customer for 5-6 years. :)
