Very knowledgeable and patient friendly. My wife, Hilda, went to ensure that her red eye was nothing to be concerned about. Dr. Gerstenfeld examined Hilda and informed her that she had a blood vessel that ruptured. The recovery time for the red eye will be about 2 weeks.

He and his staff make an office visit enjoyable. He listens to the patient and gives one of the most complete exams that I have ever had. He sets the bar quite high for all other doctors.
