Zero stars if I could. Was a loyal customer over 10 years always went along with anything the dr said thinking he’s the professional. Had year long issues with my contact I have expressed over and over only to be told everything is fine. Paid $1500 for first set and then another $500 for a replacement lens since it was over 3 months. New lens is 3.5 months old and having the same issues as before. Instead of fixing the initial problem they want another $500+ for a new fitting which was not done correctly the first time. Don’t waste your money or time at this office.

Zero stars in my opinion .I used them 7 years ago and Dr. Geffins was ok. This time though he didnt want to spend the time to tune my prescription. After I got my glasses from lenscrafters they just felt very funny. Went to an optimetrist in Costco and she was able to figure out why: the prescription numbers were wrong! This office charged my insurance close to $200 for an faulty eye exam. I got lucky that lenscrafters replaced the lenses for me for free. Will never go back here and do not recommend these guys to anybody.

Dr Geffen is very knowledgeable and very personable. I have been going to him for years and will continue to do so.
