I don't know about the rest of the staff at Sears Optical, but I do know about their fantastic policy of customer satisfaction and customer relations. I have been wearing glasses since I was five (kindergarten where a teacher noticed I couldn't see), so I have years and years of optometry experience (I'm 38 now). My son now has been with glasses since he was two (now almost 17), Sears has been with us every step of the way, no matter where we travel, sears is there. Janet, of the Reno store (previously employed in Eureka) is a valuable asset in my eyesight planning. She was with me in the Eureka store and helped me track down discontinued frames for my son, who has a +<12 prescription, that would fit his out of the ordinary lenses. Sears has repeatedly gone out of their way to make it worth my while to be their customer, even though the nearest store now is five hours drive away. I know that if I needed to, I could drive to Reno and find Janet to help me figure out what was on my crisis. But so far, she has helped me from afar, continuing our long time patient(customer)/health care provider(salesperson) relationship. Please, consider Sears to be your #1 choice in optometry care.
