Terrible Customer Service – Never Coming Back! I had an awful experience at this eyewear store. The staff were incredibly rude, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was a burden rather than a customer. They acted like they couldn’t care less about helping anyone and treated me with zero respect. It’s shocking how poorly they treat visitors – no greeting, no smile, just bad attitudes all around. With service like this, it’s no wonder people walk out without buying anything. I definitely won’t be coming back and would never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid this store if you value being treated like a human being.

I had the worst experience in all my time of wearing glasses! 15 years. I have never written a bad review anywhere but this is my first as I feel I have to share. Beth was very rude! And messed up the glasses twice. It was a very disappointing experience and if I were anyone, don’t go there. It cost me a fortune and I never received my money back. Horrible!!! Worst worst experience!!!
