Needed a specialist to look at my eyes which were swollen and painful, I called in and was told come in by 6, I race through rush hour traffic in need for medical attention and missing my opportunity to go to another doctor to get here by 6 and he has the audacity to tell me "it's too busy, I can't be seen." Should have just told me that over the phone.

Very nice staff. The doctor is very good in treating the patients. Well organized. I would not hesitate to go next time and also would recommend to my friends.

They told me my eyesight was horrible when my prescription was 25. This ended me to buy an about $500 pair of glasses which I didn’t even need

TERRIBLE!!! even if he was free, I would not go to him. HE WROTE ME a WRONG prescription for 3 YEARS!!! I went to different doctors and they said my prescription was wrong. He is lucky I didn't sue him for malpractice, I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DOCTOR, very unprofessional and very dirty!

Woke up this morning with a missing screw from my glasses but staff hooked me up and fixed them for me. Definitely would come back again thanks.

I have eye plan. OD checked my fundus and pressure, so I don’t need to see eye MD for regular check. I get new glasses and sunglasses(non prescription but very stylish). Previously got contact lens from them within the eye plan. I forgot my hat in store, then I got called before I walk away. I would suggest people do a little research before. Basic prescription glasses are cheap and included in eye plans. However stylish frame, light weight frame, light weight lens, special coated lens come with higher and sometimes much higher price. For myself, they are must-have features and I pay extra. But for some people and kids, choose wisely

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! My elderly mother purchased eye glasses from this place and within a week the eye glasses had issues. My mother went back to get it fixed and David Tsai denied even selling my mother the glasses even though it went through insurance and my mom had the receipt. I do not recommend anyone coming here unless you want garbage customer service and to be scammed.

Read the review before I go there without an appointment. It is a small shop and has 4 staff running there. They are pretty busy and the space becomes crowded once you have 3-4 clients at the same time. I paid $30 for DMV test and added another $30 for a vision test. Finished everything in half an hour which the first 20 mins I was waiting for other people in front of me. Nothing to complain compared with the one I did before at Costco center. I have to book an appointment after I wasted my first visit since too many people there and paid $70 just for a vision test.

Very professional optical store and optometrist with Excellent customer service. Very attentive to one’s needs and patient. The prescription glasses were too strong for me. They were very diligent and responsible in assuring they were made to my satisfaction.

The doctor here is rude and has no patience. They only try to sell you the glasses they don’t care at all. Do not go.

Young buyer beware. I came earlier this year to get my prescription glasses and they charged me $100 more than they typically would otherwise. I found out from an older friend of fine, and I found out after that they charged them significantly less. The favoritism won't show but beware if you're a young customer.

Just had my vision test for the DMV. They did the job right for $30

They are nice and helpful for me and my brother to help to solve the eyes problem I need said thanks for them. They have good service and the doctor are very good helping me to check my eyes to find the problem.
