If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I went in for an eye exam yesterday evening. Not only did the doctor bad mouth the person he works with that do the pre-exam diagnostics (calling him braindead), the doctor was more interested in complaining about his wife, about how they switched over to using an iPad system 6 months ago (and he clearly didn't know how to use it) and chatting away than doing a full eye exam. After switching lenses back and forth about twice for each eye, he sent me home with a prescription for single vision lenses for distance only. Had he checked my chart or listened to what I said about my vision, he would have known that I've been wearing progressives for over a decade. When I called back the next morning to come in for a re-do of the exam, I couldn't get another appointment for a few days. Unacceptable. Do better.

Very professional and always takes the time to try to help and answer your questions. Booking an appointment is never an issue and the Optometrists all are very professional and nice. I’ve been coming here to get my glasses since I first started wearing glasses in middle school. Typically everyone is always friendly. HOWEVER; I’ve been calling for about a month now and can NEVER get through to anyone! Which I completely understand due to the circumstances. On Sunday I drove by because they had a “Now Open” sign up, but they are closed on Sunday's, so I decided after work today I would run by to see if I could make an appointment. I arrived at 7:09 and saw they were closed at 7, but their was 3 workers on the floor and one customer getting fitted. I knocked on the door because I wanted to know if I could get a direct number to call since I’ve been having a hard time reaching someone. But no one would answer the door !!!! After only 9 minutes of being closed with a still one customer in the store. I continued to knock to see if someone would be kind enough to see what I needed. But everyone just stared at me. As a healthcare worker, someone a someone who knows customer service, a basic human being this isn’t how you treat clients, especially at a time when business are closing down left and right! After knocking a few more time after 2/3 minutes of no answer, I decided to take out my phone and take photos of such great customer service. And could you believe they started HIDING !!!!! If you aren’t doing anything wrong what is there to hide from. I will never return here, I will also tell my family who all wear glasses not to return here and I will also contact corporate to see if this is how they train employees to loyal customers.
