I love everything about these people. I cannot stress enough the genuine level of care and knowledge that they have. I've been to many eye doctors over the years because of my family history and this office is by far my favorite. Here's why: -Most importantly, I've never seen so clearly in my life. I was astonished and nearly moved to tears. My headaches have very nearly vanished completely, and I haven't gotten a migraine since I got my glasses. - Fit me in shortly before my 26th birthday -They will answer any question you have, likely with as much detail as you want. -They never treat their patients with anything but respect and care. -Helped me figure out some distant family history based on the symptoms/procedures I remembered -They walked me through every pro and con of the treatment/screening/testing as well as with the features of the glasses/lenses I chose. -When I got VERY EXCITED about some of the ways they test for glaucoma/depth perception/other tests, they were excited that I was excited and explained it all to me. - Understood I was on a budget, and indecisive with glasses, didn't pressure me and said I could come back anytime to purchase - Walked me through how to care for my glasses without damaging the lenses. I love these people

I don't know where to begin. My children had appointments for the first time and the care was unimaginably horrible. This is not a family care eye optometrist office as it states. They did not properly service children in the respect of explaining the ongoing tests and how to handle frightened children. I was fortunate to have my husband help and we had to literally explain the exam going on, enough that one assistant said thank you. Christina was very helpful, patient, and honestly was the only individual that seemed to know what she was doing (the other assistant lost the new patient file for 15 minutes...how does that even happen?) After 3 grueling hours, dilation of the eyes, overpriced eye exam scan, we still did not have glasses nor a Rx given. At this point I was beyond exhausted as were my children. Finally I told the same assistant that lost the file, to give me the Rx and we will choose the glasses another day (or actually a different place tbh) and they didn't even have that ready. I called multiple times, gave my email and she said she would email me the Rx...never did. I'm beyond livid, enough to just go to Walmart or Costco for another exam to pay out of pocket because of this office's horrid services. Dr. Miller came as a referral from a friend who is an optometrist, I should have just went our own eye doctor in the first place. Dr. Miller herself was fine, but not pleasant with my children and made it seem a nuisance to even care for them...when I originally called to schedule the appointment, I asked if they treated young children, and they said yes. P.S. They have the longest voicemail message in the entire world; when I tried to get a hold of them, I had to wait for one minute (not joking) or listening to their message before I could leave mine.

I am not a patient, however, Jace helped me narrow down a miscommunication with my insurance and I am very grateful for his time and help! He couldn't have been more nice. Thank you Jace!
