The 2 stars are for the staff. Dr Heath Gilbert is great and I hate that I have to find someplace else after seeing him for 17 years. The office continually messes up my billing. They repeatedly messed up my appointment. The last few years has seen a marked decline in the competency of the staff.

Professional high-quality attention from the moment you arrive to finalizing your choice of eye ware. Offers wonderful selection of frames and lenses. The doctors and staff are most courteous and competent.

The staff is amazing. Very polite and the best I've ever been too. They explain everything in detail to you. Dr Gilbert is extremely thorough.
