Dr. Kopan has been taking care of my family's vision since my grown children werr very young. He is thourough, professional and keeps current on clinical practice. He picked up a serious condition with my retina and I was in a retina specialists office within the hour. The office staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I've been waiting for my glasses for almost a month, at first the carrier lost my glasses, found out last week that they found them and I would have them at the beginning of this week. It is now Thursday and I still do not have my glasses and I MIGHT get them either Friday or Monday which is totally unacceptable because I need my glasses. It seems like nobody is jumping through hoops to make a customer happy! it's ridiculous I have filed a complaint with my insurance company and I think it will be finding a new eye doctor due to this. It's like they don't care that I can't see and I'm limited on things I can do and it's been almost a month since I've been to the eye doctor.
