I was helped by Sean and I left with a big smile thanks to an awesome customer service. The entire staff greeted me as I walked in and out of the building, they were knowledgeable, professional, and communications were clear. I came to replace my lens in my glasses and get new contact lenses through my vision insurance, and everything went super smooth and efficient. The total time I stayed in the shop was less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be a returning customer.

They say nothing is free in this world and today I was shown otherwise. I entered and was immediately greeted by two smiling employees. Told them the issue about my sunglasses which was a simple screw replacement. The man helping me helped me out right away and said to not worry about the price which I was very thankful for. 10/10 would come again for any glasses/sunglasses related problems.

I would never go back. I've been there two times and both times I experienced bad services. They do not do eye exam throughly. It is already known to many Koreans this place will rip you off. Even though the service is bad and complain, they charge any possible fee no matter what. Their concern is to make money only.

I was referred by a friend. First of all, i was impressed by the size and the cleanliness of the place. People greeted us as soon as we walked in. We were offered help and was shown around different line of products they carry in different price ranges. I liked the fact that they carried goods in different size, styles and colors. Friendly staff and they speak English and also Korean. I was able to get 2 pairs for me and my son at great price. They even handled the insurance paperwork for VSP. Opening hours worked for me as they open til fairly late. (They close every Wed. though.) Turnaround for the glasses was only 3 days! omg. (I was used to waiting 2 weeks with previous places) Definitely will come back! (Already told all my friends and relatives about them and my parents said they were going there already!)

I bought two metal frame glasses from here and they lasted over 3 years now!!! Deans offers a large variety and I adore that they have Korean brands that fit my lower nose bridge. I came in today to get my glasses cleaned and their nose pads replaced. The employee helped me quickly and didn’t charge because the glasses are from there. Great service!

I purchased glasses for my children a few months ago. When one pair became bent during sports, the staff kindly adjusted it. They even replaced the dirty nose pads with new ones at no cost. They also always handle my insurance reimbursement smoothly. Friendly, professional service every time. Highly recommended!

Stay away this place I coming try to found a right frames for me but the guy who helped me was pushing me to take my final decision so I decided back other day and the price they giving me first was different so I ask why? And the guy was so defensive and bad moods and he say I will not argue with you !! and tell me them I come a couples of time already and I don’t take any decisions found the right frames is not easy so they are not patient with customers please closed your business

This is not a good place to trust your eyes with. They rush the exam and lenses and frames are way too cheap quality and inflated prices. On top of that the employees are too rude with major attitude. Don’t waste your time and money there.
