If I could give this place zero stars I would. Not only are their frames over priced and their salesmen extremely pushy, they tried to swindle me out of my warranty! I had a defect with a pair of glasses I bought and when I sent them in they went back on what I was told over the phone and tried to call me a liar! They tried to say the frames were sat on, and they couldn't just give me a new frame because "this is a business". Zero respect for the customer and dishonest staff trying to save a buck STAY AWAY & SAVE YOUR MONEY

Been going to Dr. Bashkoff for years - she really listens and does a very thorough examination. Couldn't be happier. I have recommended her often.
