I cannot express enough how grateful and impressed I am with the level of care and attention I received. From start to finish, Dr. DeCarlo went above and beyond to ensure that my eye health and the treatment of my keratoconus was his top priority. Upon arriving at the clinic, I was greeted warmly by the staff who made me feel instantly comfortable and have been so wonderful throughout the process of my follow up appointments. What stood out to me the most was the thoroughness of the eye examination and follow up exams when receiving my new scleral contacts. Dr. DeCarlo took the time to check and recheck each eye, making sure they were the sharpest I am able to see. His expertise was evident as he meticulously examined my eyes, leaving no stone unturned. He patiently answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had about keratoconus, providing me with a sense of confidence and trust in his abilities, as the condition in my eyes has been tricky to treat over the last few years and has often left me discouraged about the future of my vision until now. He didn't rush through any appointment but instead dedicated the necessary time to ensure a comprehensive assessment and teaching of how to use my new contacts. It was evident that he genuinely cared about my overall eye health and was dedicated to providing the best possible care.
