Very friendly staff. Both mine and my daughter's appts were nice and easy. The McDonough square location is by far better than the other location off 20/81.

I have been using Depoe Eye Center for many years. The office has always been very professional and friendly. Dr Laura is the best.

Very friendly staff and Dr. Laura Depoe was outstanding. The only reason I give two stars is I paid almost $400 for glasses a month ago and still have not heard anything about when they’ll be ready. Called a couple of weeks ago to get an update and the woman I spoke with was kind of nonchalant and uncaring. Does not change my opinion about the doctor and staff being friendly, though. Just want my glasses. I can’t see! Lol

I came here on Friday for my eye appointment. I gave them my ID and I never got it back. When I returned with the clipboard no one was there to receive it so I placed it down and went to look at the glasses. A lady came to tell me she could help me if I like a pair.. Minutes later I got called to the back for my exam. No one gave me my ID during the exam. When it was over, I got some contacts and wasn’t even given the contact starter kit. No I left there with no kit and without my drivers license. I called today(Monday) and they are claiming they gave it back. I had a small purse and an even smaller wallet. I’ve asked them to review the cameras and am waiting on a response because I know what happened and want my property back. I wouldn’t trust them with my belongings and will be going to a different location moving forward.

(I don’t know where Marie went…) Visiting this office was such a pleasant experience, with a great 'small town' feeling! From the kind greeting when you walk in the door, Dr Laura Depoe and her colleagues all come together so well to provide an essential service set in such a comfortable environment. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a thorough eye exam, with glasses filled by skilled professionals. Thanks to you all 😊
