Yes, I always have a great experience with my visit to Desert Family Eye Care, the young lady at the front desk is always kind; helpful; very pretty and informative. The other young lady who conducted the tests on my eyes is also very professional; kind; patient and also very pretty. Dr. Whipple is always patient; kind and answers all my questions. The whole team is top shelf, for sure!

10/10 I brought my 5yo in after a pediatrician recommended we get her eyes checked. I don’t wear glasses so this was all very new to me. From my first call the office staff was so kind and welcoming they explained the process to me. I was a little bit worried that they were just going to say she needs glasses just because we were there. But that was not the case! The dr truly took his time to examine her eyes and vision and explained to me what he noticed. She didn’t have perfect vision but he said she didn’t need any glasses yet and her vision will be just fine in class as she starts kindergarten this year. I appreciate the honestly and they gained my trust!

Dr. Whipple has been my Optometrist for a number of years. Dr. and staff have always been very professional. They all demonstrate care, support and encouragement to their patients. It is always a pleasure to walk into the office and feel very comfortable. Thank you Dr. Whipple and Staff.

Great office. They respond quickly to questions. Dr. Whipple is always happy to answer any questions I have. And I've appreciated that they seem to adopt new technologies that improve the quality of the exam and medical evaluation of my eyes.

My mother came here because the MVD sent her home with forms that an optometrist had to fill out and sign in order for her to get her license renewed. The doctor and his team were incredibly patient and helpful. She said she felt welcomed, supported and felt like everyone here actually cared about her health and reasons for being there.

Dr. Whipple is great. Office staff needs training in paying attention to customers. I told them that I would not be able to pick up my glasses until after new years as I'll be out of the country and yet I'm getting calls at midnight Xmas eve saying ready for pickup and if I have any questions call by 6pm.

I've been going there for many years. They are very professional and the eyecare is fantastic. Many years ago, they noticed my eye pressures were elevated and sent me to a glaucoma specialist. I'm so happy they did because I'm considered a high risk and had no clue. I take eye drops every night to prevent glaucoma. I'm very grateful for their excellent service.

Not the worst but not the best either. Went for the annual routine eye checkup. The billing team charged me out of pocket for the comprehensive eye exam even when I told them that it’s covered in my insurance. Had to get a refund later making it hard for me to trust them again.

Staff were welcoming and helped me feel comfortable right away. The reception area and exam rooms were clean and seemed well organized. Every staff person I encountered was friendly and helpful. Dr. Whipple was pleasant to work with and explained things well.

Well organized, professional and trustworthy are mainstays of this office. Pricing on frames should be more transparent rather than having to ask about prices each and every time.
