Dr. Whipple has always been very patient and thorough during my eye exams.
I was having trouble with my new glasses and Eric came to the rescue. He, too, was so patient with me. He did an excellent job adjusting my new frames. Thanks Eric!

I've gone in for a few appointments now, and each time I've been treated awesome. I had a contacts fitting appointment and had never worn them before. The staff was so patient with me learning how to put them in, giving pointers and helping when able even when I was taking a very long time to learn. I couldn't have felt more comfortable during the entire procedure. Dr. Whipple is extremely nice and didn't treat me like a time burden, which is rare for doctors these days. Always greeted cheerfully and the environment is welcoming. For once I don't dread having to go see a doctor.

Great service from start to finish. They took the time to explain my benefits and costs related to every option on my new glasses. I have been using target for years and I always end up paying for something I didn’t ask for. Great local business.
