Best place in the city. Candi & Rachael always get me right. Took about 8 weeks for my last pair to come in, but it always worth it. If you are unhappy with anything. They always make it right.

Literally never going anywhere else, I bought my first pair of Cartiers here & and I am more than happy. Candi helped me find the right pair for me was very patient!! I get so many compliments.

My sister has been waiting for her glasses for over 5 months. Candy is very rude & confrontational. They NEVER answer the phone or call you back!! This lady likes to play with peoples times and $$. Her and that “lab” needs to be investigated! She is SCAMMING and never holds herself accountable. You should be ashamed of yourself for running a “business” like this. There will be action taken against this establishment. Do not waste your $ here bc you’re never going to get what you paid for, just a poor attitude and excuses.

I'm still waiting for my frames since February, however the lack of communication is horrible. I call, the phone goes straight to voicemail. I send a IG message and it takes days to get a reply. I paid in full and still have no updates unless I reach out and get lucky with a random IG reply. I don't know if I would do business with them again, but still waiting for my prescription frames on when they will arrive. I feel like I'm bothering them asking for updates on something I have paid for. I also live out of state so it's making the matter even worst 🙄 with no response from them.

Wonderful, quality products that are worth the price if you want fashion forward eye wear. Customer service A+++.

Wonderful place, absolutely MARVELOUS; I’m convinced to start a hobby of collecting luxury eyewear after my experience here, the service, the conversation, the vibe, EVERYTHING is to my liking. I only wish that I had come here much sooner in my life, 6 stars!!!
