Best Eye Doc around!!!

I've used this practice for many years but lately it has been a disaster. I think it is mostly receptionist not necessarily the Dr but he needs to regain control. They aren't open during normal hours without explanation and do not bother returning phone calls. Problem may mostly just be a lazy receptionist but unprofessional for sure. Time to move on

Best eye doctor in town. So patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. He doesn't rush your appointment , explains everything really well, always gives a perfect prescription, is really personable, and spent a lot of time with me when I was considering contacts. He even gave me his personal number to call him of I had trouble taking them in or out while getting used to them. His office doesn't accept my insurance, but I still wouldn't go to any other doctor.

On April 27, 2024 in front of three unknown patients, the office manager, Jerri was uncouth and exhibited her extremely rude, nasty and unprofessional tendencies; yet, this time I managed to capture the tail end of her tirade on video. Jerri proceeded to breach confidentiality, and disclosed multiple breaches of unauthorized PHI, spewing racist comments and she should be fired! I too, had thought that Dr. Dvorzsak was a good person; however, he did absolutely nothing nor did he admonish her and according to authorities is completely aware of her habitual misdeeds! This is very disheartening, and as a result both formal and legal complaints are being filed, as our doctor patient relationship for my family and I are irretrievably broken, and we have severed ties permanently, as we have been loyal patients of his for years.

I am only giving a one star review because of the receptionist. Dr. D IS AMAZING, I've never had a bad experience with him. Today, not only did his receptionist hang up on me, she also asked if I would like to "take this outside" meaning … More

Dr. Dvorzsak is a great doctor I’ve been going to him for over 10 years. Recently he scheduled an appointment for me and I was told that I would have a confirmation call made by the end of the week. I never received the confirmation so I gave them a call instead Saturday before my appointment which was on a Monday, as well as a follow up call Monday morning. I did not get an answer or response to both voicemails made, so now I mysteriously have THREE no call no shows and their system won’t let me in for an appointment anymore and due to covid they aren’t taking walk-ins.. After all of these years I will not be back to his office, great doctor but a horrible receptionist

Dr. Dvorzsak is the nicest and most professional eye doctor I've ever been to. Been going to him for almost 10 years, highly recommend!
