I had such a nice experience. I got a really good Groupon discount. I used it on these cool frames, saved myself $200. My glasses arrived early and they look great.

I am happy with the new prescription and glasses/contact lens exam. Laura was very professional and attentive. They have a wide selection of glasses for my insurance as well.

First off they cancelled my first appointment really close to the time my appointment was via voicemail/text after I told them I had lost my phone and to delete the number and contact me through E-mail, so I showed up and my appointment had been cancelled and the soonest they could fit me in was a week out, second these are my first pair of glasses and after doing the exam and talking with them we decided I just needed reading glasses no biggy .....they ordered the glasses not even to my prescription (too light)and I still couldn't read and they texted me again when my glasses came in instead of contacting me via E-mail like I had asked them to do 3 times now so I had to contact them to find out if my glasses came in, thirdly they never tried or offered to fit them to my head correctly and they were too small and bends were sitting on my ears all crooked no one said anything they just wooshed me out the door. never have I felt more disregarded from an establishment trying to sell me goods and services, I will never go back and I will recommend to family and friends to spend their money elsewhere.
