The front desk assistant, Kristen, was very helpful in finding glasses that would look good on me and processing my insurance claim. I recently brought my 91 year old mother to Dr. Nguyen for an eye exam. She was very thorough and answered all my mother's questions. She also treated my mother for dry eye and gave her suggestions on how to care for this condition. I would highly recommend Dr Nguyen to family and friends.

If I could I would give it a zero. I had to return some glasses because they were irregular. I’m not sure why but they fit crooked. I just couldn’t wear. I spent about 1-2 hours trying to get it returned and the dr began talking to me sarcastically. Not very nice to elderly. Then she wanted to charge a fee for returning glasses. OMG Just don’t go there 😡😡😡😡😡
