Me and my children had an appointment scheduled, we arrived early 12:45ish for 1:30 appointments. The check-in process was a nightmare but I understood as it was a new process/system. We finally finished checking in around 2, where we moved to the other waiting room. The tech Savannah ruined our new patient experience. She has no patience, and obviously doesn't understand that certain people need additional instruction and guidance, and she should have taken clues from the parent of said child. What she needs is compassion and empathy. She should probably spend a few weeks working only with children or even a practice that doesn't serve children. She's a robot, and doesn't know how vary her script, skill, or technique and she lacks personality. She didn't complete on of my children's exam, and I'm uncertain as to how Dr. B wrote a prescription based off of Savannah's exam. She then proceeded to leave a note for the doctor stating my child was difficult. No, Savannah, my child was not. Maybe she didn't understand, maybe you should have tried a different approach. Dr. B, was amazing! He was patient, kind, through, and answered all my questions. He is great with kids and most certainly a breathe of fresh air! Unfortunately, I seriously doubt that we will return based off of my experience.

Staff is very sweet, but they do not value your time. Doctor will leave you waiting forever while he shots the breeze with other customers. A hour and a half later and still waiting for a general visit. Last visit for me,

Dr. White misdiagnosed me with a, "small retinal tear," that did not exist. Dr. Wilkes, to whom I was referred, found no evidence a retinal tear. I needlessly paid out $143 to Dr. Wilkes for an office visit, and an unusually painful eye exam, that I did not even need. In addition, Dr White and staff will not return my calls. This is either gross incompetence or a referral racket.
