Dr. Beek is top shelf… An excellent communicator, he gave a very thorough examination and explanation to everything I’m up against with my very difficult prescription for new glasses and eye care. I’m grateful to have met him. All the other staff at Discover are warm, welcoming and professional.

Had high hopes, because I had heard such great things about this facility. However after arriving 15 minutes early and waiting 45 minutes after appointment time I asked when I would be seen and told the doctor was at least an hour behind with 3 other people waiting ahead of me in waiting room. Why not informed at time I checked in, why did I have to ask? No apologies, just asked if I wanted to reschedule. Total time in facility was 2 hours and 15 minutes, to see doctor for 12 minutes. Dr zoomed in and out barely introducing himself, I guess my exam was thorough?? I understand delays, emergencies, what not. But being made aware is key in customer service. Not please at all.

Dr. Sayed is the best!! My eye surgery to remove my floaters was a success. He is very knowledgeable and answers all of your questions. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! The staff in the surgical center and the office are also amazing.
