I feel like the nurse and doctor were sufficient, I believe in today age of IT scheduling should be a simple task. If you have an appointment, your initial wait time should be minimal. Then once you are admitted and nurse is seen that time short as well. If this can’t be achieved a computer can schedule to fit that. From the time of my appointment to actually seeing the doctor was 1 hour and 20 minutes. Again I liked both people I saw but my time is better spent many other ways.

I always have positive experience with Discover Vision. The staff is courteous, and professional. The explanation of my upcoming surgery was done so with professionalism and detailed. All explanations were given with a smooth pace; they made sure I understood before they moved forward.

Dr. Butcher was very friendly, attentive, caring and thorough. I was very frightened when going for the appointment because I had flashes and floaters that just appeared out of no where. I knew that I possibly had a retinal tear or detachment. He reassured me that it wasn’t and that it was cause by natural aging. He also scheduled me to see a retinal specialist to ensure all is well and to do follow-ups. I’d recommend Dr. Butcher to everyone!
