Dr. DiStefano recommended that I have cataract surgery in both eyes, I am a 50 year old Male. They wanted me to sign up and finance the surgery. Since then I have seen 2 optometrist and 1 ophthalmologist and neither have them have suggested that I have cataracts or have the surgery.

Dr Ridner did my cataract surgery. The lenses he put in are horrible, he was very dismissive about the huge floaters making it nearly impossible to see out of my right eye and today ...I let that all go....today I went for an appointment...I walk in and they say there are no Doctors in today to see me. I never got a call, text or email. This is very inconsiderate and extremely inconvenient sin e I had to rearrange at my job to accommodate this appointment. Won't be going back.

Felt incredibly rushed, dismissed, and not fully heard. It’s discouraging and makes me feel as though I have no choice but to find another Ophthalmologist that has good bedside and listening manners. I have an issue with trusting doctors from previous bad experiences. I am still having issues with my eyes.
