I followed Dr Allen from Sams club and it is too bad she employs such unprofessional staff. Once they learned I would not be purchasing glasses from them, they refused to adjust my current frames (frames I purchased from them that were not cheap) and said good thing you're going somewhere else. The choice to go somewhere else for frames was due to insurance. My insurance would not allow me to pay extra for polycarbonate lenses anymore and the lady tried pressuring me to just pick a frame and get plastic lenses so they could milk the medicaid.

I LOVE this place! Professional, but SO nice. I always look forward to my exams and the expert help choosing new frames, Elizabeth has a great sense of style and her assistance in choosing just the right style for me is invaluable. the atmosphere of the office is comfortable and really charming. I always leave smiling, and many of my family members go there as well. Highly recommend them!
