I had a great experience with Dr. Bautista and nurse Maritza today. From the welcoming front office staff to the nurse and doctor, they were all fantastic and lovely and made someone with serious anxiety at ease. Hoping I don’t get a surprise bill in the mail and my copay took care of it all. Dr. Leslie is great but if she not available, her colleague Dr. Bautista is just as wonderful. I had to get an injection into my eyelid and nurse Maritza let me squeeze her fingers while Dr. B. explained everything and gave me the countdown to injection. Despite a less than ideal situation, my thanks to all the staff at Dr and Assoc in Westport.

I've had a very negative time dealing with the business end of this company. They sent me a bill when I shouldn't have received one. I called my insurance company to figure out what happened and they informed me that the claim was submitted incorrectly. I tried calling Doctor & Associates, a message was taken but no one called me back. I called again the next day and the person who picked the phone off cut me off from speaking and forwarded my call. When someone from billing (finally) picked up, they very rudely argued with me that the claim was submitted correctly. Eventually they conceded to call the insurance company and ask how it was not submitted correctly. I would have rated them much higher if their customer service wasn't complete garbage. I'll update this review if the issue gets resolved.

This review is entirely on front desk. As I walked in, older receptionist of Hispanic decent was very rude at check in, she looked at me than phone rang and she completely ignored me. Than I asked the other younger receptionist to check me in, so she did. I waited for half an hour, when I came up to see what’s the wait, the response I got, he’s backed up with patients and what am I? Why do we schedule, so we can wait on others? The other remark I got, you are welcome to reschedule, really? I drove here for an hour with baby, waited half an hour and now I should leave? Ridiculous!
