Dr Taylor was fantastic! I had had an eye exam at the Pasadena location 9 weeks ago and came to Annapolis and purchased 2 pairs of eye glasses. Tienoout after redoing my lenses twice that my perception was wrong and when I called Pasadena back to be retested they wanted to charge me for another exam. I decided that if I was going to have to pay again that I would just go to the Annapolis LensCrafters to redo my vision test and he not only didn’t charge me he found cataracts in my right eye. He was so knowledgeable and spent a lot of time answering my questions. I can’t say enough about him!!! Thank you Dr Taylor and the amazing associate that has put up with me redoing all this every time I cam in. I think her name was Alissa or Elsie but she has been amazing as well…

Beyond pleased with the service. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I had an issue with contacts and the staff was quick to help me order what I needed and even had them delivered to a lens crafters closer to my home. They gave me a second set of trials while we wait. As far as glases go, the variety of frames are so beautiful and I never felt pressured to hurry up and make a selection. This is my favorite LC location.
