Bella a great person helped me through the whole process ups and downs. Really understands patient care and goes above and beyond. Patient and respectful. Would came back here just for her to help me.

The two associates who took care of me were very helpful and attentive. Dr. Feng was great. He was very informative and explained everything he was doing and why it was necessary. He explained how my medical conditions could affect my eyesight, etc. Two thumbs up all around!!

Everything was fine. Except I prefer a doctor on site. It was the first time being virtual. Didn't really like it. Also the representative mentioned after we paid that we had a 1 yr warranty on the glasses . I didn't think anything at first but then after i saw my receipt i saw it was charged. I only wished she would have asked if i wanted it . I never get it because I dnt use it but its ok. Other than that very friendly representatives.
