I've been going to lens crafters for years. I never have to wait long to be assisted. Recently I was having trouble getting the prescription right for my left eye from my regular eye doctor. Went through two sets of lenses and finally made an appointment with the doctor on site. She was very patient, kind, and took plenty of time listening and answering my questions. I'm very confident the third set of lenses will be right. It's also nice they listened when I said there was something wrong, I know some places would have not been so accommodating after me needing new lenses made so many times, which I really appreciate. They're always Professional and polite and patient. Would recommend

The person I saw before the doctor was really friendly. The doctor I saw was also really friendly and provided thorough answers to my questions. The sales rep I worked with to get my frames was a God send, as I truly needed help, and Kathleen helped me find the right frames for me and was super friendly and made the visit pretty awesome. Kathleen is an asset to your company.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. It was the reason I went for my eye exam there even though I live about half hour away (Hamburg). My daughter went there and I joined her and saw how friendly and helpful everyone was there.
