Had a great experience with everyone today. I went in for my yearly eye exam and looked into getting contacts for the first time. I wished I asked everyone for their names so they can get the recognition they deserve. Everyone was supper patient and friendly with me. This customer service is the reason why I keep coming back.

Exam felt very rushed. After the exam I had to wait a long time for help with glasses. I explained what I wanted. The lady said she was too tired to take in what I was saying. iPad failed so we had to do everything twice. Everything felt rushed. It was the end of the day and I could feel that everyone wanted to get out of there. Then a new guy tried to take over. I said I would come back tomorrow. Probably won’t. Got the prescription. Happy to go somewhere else. Even with the discount sales, nothing feels like a good deal here.

Dr. Shay was so professional and suggested dailies for contact lenses and so far I love them. Matthew was very helpful and the rest of staff were helpful and friendly.
