Eye exam was efficient and helpful! The eye doctor heard my concerns and took it seriously! The woman who helped me with my glasses was also so nice- extra nice because I just got my eyes dilated. She said they are short staffed but I would have never known.

Staff was great, your communications are a bit excessive. Website should inform patients of the need to “bring a friend” before system has people confirm appointments, not at the end when customers have already committed and then have to possibly arrange another driver to accompany them.

Due to computer problems I was unable to complete my visit. I could not set a payment plan and have to return next week to try again. Otherwise the person’s help me were very pleasant, well informed, and helpful. The person (Lynne) tried so hard and gave every effort to complete my visit. However could get the computer to work as hard as she did d. Kudos to Lynne
