ALL of the staff were so friendly! The woman who greeted me was kind and allowed me to look around to explore while I waited (I'm sorry I didnt catch her name). Barbara and I had some giggles while getting the images for my eyes. Dr. Sandoval was attentive and knowledgeable. And Richard was incredibly helpful with picking out my glasses and getting the measurements. This was, by far, the best eye doctor experience I've ever had, and it was so high tech! I walked away feeling like EACH person who worked there cared about me as a person! They were busy the entire time I was there, and every person was promptly acknowledged and was clearly valued!

My eye exam was efficiently and professionally performed. I chose my new glasses and the service was fast and professional as well. They have an extensive selection of modern frames. I will definitely return.

My husband took my son for his appointment yesterday. The doctor acted impatient and rushed the whole time. He would not pause for my son to answer his questions and just kept going without the responses. We are from a family full of ASD folks so we are used to rude abruptness, but I feel that this doctor's attitude and behaviour interfered with his ability to perform his job. I am really concerned about paying for glasses with this prescription now, because I have major doubts about its accuracy given they way this appointment was conducted. I have not been to a LensCrafters in over 20 years and this visit did not leave a good impression. Someone needs to have a discussion with this doctor and remind him why he is there. (Note to the doctor, when you ask a kid if they can read the letters, an appropriate answer is 'yes' or 'no'. If you want them to read the letters then you should ask them to do so, rather than asking if they can. LOL)
