All staff members were very very good and great The doctor did an excellent job the facility is outstanding and the gentleman that showed me the glasses I didn't catch his name but it's the LensCrafters down on the country club plaza in Kansas City Missouri I give this store the highest rating possible thank you.

The receptionist was polite. My insurance wasn’t accepted because I only had my account number. My HSA wasn’t accepted because I had not received my new card. Lens Crafters wanted me to pick out my glasses and come back when I had the actual card in hand. They wouldn’t accept the information from my cellphone. Gas is too expensive to go back and forth for a pair of glasses.

Doctor was thorough. And made clear the recommendations. I appreciated that. Front desk was helpful suggestions on the use of my insurance. I found the experience pleasant from my initial call at nine to being in and out by noon that same day.
