Dr Simpson was great as well as the front office staff. Very cool experience and easy. They took care of everything. I didn’t have to feel confused or frustrated at all. My insurance took care of most of the cost and I got a really nice pair of glasses. It’s so nice to have someone explain what is is they’re doing and why. The only thing I would say is the glasses are a little overwhelming. I’m on a budget and can’t spend a ton but can’t see what is budget friendly unless you look at the individual price tag and there are ALOT of glasses. Was overwhelmed so I only browsed quickly. But all in all I am super glad I came! Will definitely be choosing them going forward.

I am so happy with my visit they were fast and professional. Doctor Richard was great! He explained everything to make sure I understood my eye exam. Carly was very professional just amazing she made sure everything was right and got my glasses within an hour. I highly recommend this place welcoming and professional staff. Thank you LensCrafters

Everyone there from reception to preliminary tests to female Doctor( not sure how to spell it and don't want to mess it up) that did my test, we extremely professional,caring,and informative. Awesome experience!
