I had a very positive experience at LensCrafters. I wanted to get contact lenses but hadn’t had a good experience with them in the past. The optometrist was very helpful, patient and thorough with my eye exam. He took his time explaining all my options and helped me come to the right decision for my needs. I felt very comfortable and happy with the services I received. Every employee I worked with from the appointment scheduler on the phone to the checkout person was friendly and helpful. I plan to use them again for all my vision needs.

I don’t think I’ve ever had such a thorough and well explained eye exam. The dr was thoughtful and explained everything to me. For example, I did not know I had 2 astigmatisms. We talked about contacts and the floater that past eye doctor said wasn’t there.
