Dr. Smith was very thorough. She answered any questions I had. She made the visit very enjoyable and informative. The technician who did my preliminary tests was very helpful in finding solutions to make the testing comfortable for me since I have some physical challenges.

Our experience was very satisfactory; the young woman who assisted us with the digital exam was incredibly kind and friendly, and the doctor then performed a thorough eye exam and answered all our questions. The young man who handled our checkout took the time to explain our insurance benefits and offer us the best possible deal. Thank you very much.

Everyone was nice. I was able to qwalk in and make an appointment for later in the day. They have the lates equipment, and I felt they were very knowledgable. They also sent the test results to by Ophthalmologist.

Very friendly people to work with, don't oversell. I will keep coming back each year.

The experience of having an eye exam, picking out glasses (with the help of staff- picking them out and allowing us to choose) was one of the most pleasent appointments we have had choosing glasses.

Optometrist didn’t know why we were there. It was a contact lens appointment and he just gave us a glasses prescription. My daughter had to ask about them at the end and he said, “we don’t do those on weekends?” What the heck?? I wouldn’t have made the appointment otherwise! The manager acted like it was my fault.

Good experience! I went in for a driving license vision test, and the entire process was completed in just 45 minutes. I arrived right on time for my appointment.

First off the foreign Russian sounding lady running the front desk there was extremely rude the entire time throughout the whole process and became very pushy for me to buy contacts from them. When I declined she became angry and made a snooty comment saying " then we are done here today, goodbye". A week later I get an email for an estimate to buy contacts from them and I just ignored it. Now two months later they send an invoice email for me to pay for an annual supply of contacts that I did not agree to pay for or even initiate contact with them about. This place gives SCAM vibes and they charge you $100 for an exam even if your insurance covers a contacts and eye exam. I will not be returning.

I told Dr.Hakki she’s stuck with me. She listened to all of my concerns about my previous contacts and gave me options to try. She was wonderful and very easy to talk to. I highly recommend her! I’ve been wearing glasses and contacts for years. I am happy I found my new doctor now that I’m back in this area.

Fantastic experience. We use to go to this LensCrafters for years but they stopped taking our insurance. Things have changed and we went back. Just a great experience all around. Eye appointment was on time, doctors were very professional and their new state of the art equipment is top notch. Dr found a small tear in my retina and potentially saved my eye. Will need surgery to repair. Then experience with selecting glasses was great. Huge selection but the store manager, Ruthann, was amazing. Professional and extremely helpful. Will be a long long time customer.

I had a horrible experience there ...No one seemed to wanna help me in picking glasses and the woman thst did come to help me didnt seem to wanna help in giving me discounts on the glasses but was trying to quote me an enormous price...Sooo i bought mined online fir a beautiful great price...Soo i dont think i wanna come back there...i felt very neglected by the staff there

My husband and I have had good experiences with the optometrists at this location, however we have had repeated issues with billing. We have Eye Med for glasses and contacts and Aetna for medical insurance. They incorrectly billed Eye Med for the eye exams instead of Aetna, with much higher rates. After much back and forth we were reimbursed but I spent a lot of time straightening it out. They do not offer a choice for a traditional dilation but lead you straight to the Optomap machine which is much more expensive. Also, I was disappointed while waiting to hear inappropriate discussion among the staff about the attractiveness of one of the optometrist's brothers.

This was my best ever appointment at LensCrafters. The doctor was amazing, thorough and helpful. The lady who helped me find my glasses went out of her way to get me the best possible price. It was a long morning but every minute was well spent. My new forever eye care center. Debbie Williams

From the moment I walked into LensCrafters in Exton, PA, I was warmly greeted by Sahar, who made me feel right at home. Then I met Dr. Hakki, and this was hands down the best optical visit I’ve ever had! She was funny, direct, and so knowledgeable — I learned things about my eyes I never knew. My visit ended with Alyssa, who was amazing! She found every discount possible and made me feel completely confident in my choices. Such a wonderful, caring team — I left with a big smile!!!
