Customer service was phenomenal but my husband and I were both taken aback how brief and hurried the actual refraction was. It felt hurried and very little time was available for questions with the professional. Glasses came ready extremely quick. I guess a little more care and less rush in the actual refraction process would have made this a 5/5 experience

Everyone was fantastic during every step. Really sweet folks here that explained everything clearly and concisely. Was anxious about seeing a new doctor after changing locations, they made me feel really comfortable. 10/10

The doctor was excellent and very thorough, I very much enjoyed the examination and learned a lot! The sales rep was also very patient and easy to work with
