The eye exam was excellent but I knew that it would be’ It didn’t take long but very efficient. Dr. Robert is great to work with. Very polite and precise. Answered all of my questions. Gina was extremely helpful and patient with me as we tried to find frames I liked. She understood what I wanted and she helped me find just the right one. She explained the difference in the lenses and the benefits of the additional features available. She made my visit very pleasant.

The guy who took my “pre-exam” had zero customer service skills. No smiling, no responses when I voiced I was nervous, didn’t explain what he was doing. Made my experience very uncomfortable. I didn’t even get his name because he never introduced himself. I’ve been coming to this office for years and never had been made to feel this way. Nor have I ever interacted with this man before. The actual eye exam by the doctor was great! As always she was tentative, answered my questions, and even let my daughter take a peak at my eyeball!

Great customer service and the computer system caused an issue earlier so appointments were running behind. They apologized profusely but it was out of their control. The tele visit was very interesting but went so smoothly and I would 100% use it in the future.
